Main projects and grants:

  • Provenance of the Miocene clastic section in northern Israel as revealed by geochemistry and geochronology of heavy minerals with emphasis on evolution and crustal growth.
  • Pan-African orogeny and the Cambro-Ordovician sandstone of North Gondwana: a detrital rutile perspective on their origin and linkage.
  • Uplift and exhumation along the Suez Rift flanks: New insights from apatite (U-Th)/He and fission track thermochronology.
